Hive Five Farm Bouquet Subscription Agreement

Welcome to the Hive! We’re so happy to have you join us for a season of farm-fresh flowers and peaceful beauty.

Membership Overview

By joining the Hive Five Farm Bouquet Subscription (referred to as “Membership”), you (“Member”) will receive:

  • The Early Season Collection: 5 bouquets (bi-weekly)

  • The Full Season Collection: 10 bouquets (bi-weekly)

All bouquets are grown, harvested, and arranged by Hive Five Farm LLC (“Hive Five Farm”) during the 2026 growing season.

Pickup & Delivery

  • Pickup Members: Bouquets are available at the farm’s flower stand on your designated pickup day. If a bouquet isn’t picked up that day, it will be left at the stand labeled with your name. While most flowers hold up overnight, Hive Five Farm cannot guarantee quality once pickup time has passed.

  • Delivery Members: Please ensure someone is home to receive your bouquet or have a water-filled container waiting in a shaded area near your door. Hive Five Farm cannot guarantee the condition of flowers left unattended.

Start Dates

The season start date is flexible and depends on Mother Nature. We’ll notify you by email as soon as the blooms are ready. Please keep an eye on your inbox so you don’t miss important updates.

Flower Quality & Care

We harvest our flowers fresh and with love, but once they’re in your care, their longevity depends on the home environment. Hive Five Farm is not responsible for vase life but will share tips to help you enjoy your blooms as long as possible.

Farming Realities

By joining, Members understand that farming is subject to weather and other natural conditions beyond our control. While Hive Five Farm does everything possible to ensure healthy crops, we cannot guarantee outcomes.

Refunds & Cancellations

  • All purchases are final.

  • In the rare case of crop loss, any refund or credit will be at Hive Five Farm’s discretion.

  • Once accepted, memberships cannot be canceled or refunded.

  • The Full Season Collection (two-payment option): The initial $250 deposit is non-refundable. The remaining $250 balance is due by April 1, 2026. A payment link will be emailed in advance. Membership is confirmed only once full payment is received.
