What is a bouquet subscription?
Sometimes referred to as a CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) Program, these subscriptions were made popular with the farm-to-table trend. As society began to shift toward cleaner eating, small scale farmers enabled this mutually beneficial relationship by offering a share of their product directly to consumers. Essentially, you buy in to the farm ahead of the season and receive scheduled offerings of the available bounty produced. It also means investing in the possible pitfalls of the farm.
